obciously there is a lot of room for creativity with this recipe. i used several different kinds of chili which i think is what Bry did.

Chili con carne
I got this recipe from
Ingredients (Adjusted Scale: 2.5 x Original)
2 1/2 lb Ground beef
3 3/4 Cups Canned plum tomatoes
2 1/2 Red pepper
7 1/2 Tbs Oliive oil
Diced garlic
5 Tbsp Chili powder
1 1/4 TPS s Celery seed
2 1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 1/2 Tsp Salt
5/8 Tsp Basil
5/8 tsp Cayenne
5 Small Bay leaves
2 1/2 Onion (Minced)
Directions
Saute onion & garlic
Brown meat
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 hours
Before serving add red & white kidney beans
Adjust for 2 to 3 lbs meat
